Dengu fever, stomach pain
I am having fever from last 5 days associated with joint pain and body pain. Today i m having stomach pain too since morning . Sir I don,t want to get admitted in hospital as my father is alredy admitted in hospital due to the same. Plz suggest me treatment to cure dengue as well as stomach pain. Thanks.

In Dengue the most important thing is to keep the fever down and keep monitoring the blood platelet levels.
Take tab Dolo 650 one tab 3 times a day.
If you are getting stomach pain then take tab meftal spas one time two times a day.
Next Steps
do a blood test for platelet count and if platelet count is below 25000 then Hospital admission is required. otherwise only take bed rest.
