What should be the week of delivery if gap between 2 kids is 1 year and 6 months. First pregnancy is c section. Can the mother complete full 39th week or she should go for 1st or 2nd day of 39th week. What are the risks if she waits till end of 39th week or 40th week. Thanks for answering.

Ideally delivery shud be planned at 38-39 weeks in case of previous C-section to prevent scar dehiscence or Uterine rupture.
Time of delivery can be decided by Scar thickness also on Sonography.

if previous cesarean section please terminate your pregnancy by 37 to 38 weeks to not push till term because there can be chance of scar dehiscence and also there can be chance of high risk of pain in the scar area
