As diagnosed by my doctor of high creatinine in serum she advised to go for early delivery. I'm 36 week pregnant and she says the baby is 1 month Pre mature baby. So what could be the risks associated with the kid??

Risk of prematurity always there with kid but are you having high BP in pregnancy or other medical disorders in pregnancy?but if some comorbid conditions exists with you then it is safe to deliver the baby to prevent risking the baby staying in utero.so trust your doctor and discuss the best possibility with them
