Delayed periods
This is the first time My periods are delayed by 8 days and i am experiencing severe cramps but there is no bleeding. I have also taken the pregnancy test which was negative. I am not able to sleep properly.

8-day delay with cramps can be due to hormonal imbalance; first time can happen. Repeat pregnancy test after 3–5 days If still no periods → consult for evaluation For pain: take antispasmodic/analgesic and rest.

Cool not pregnant. May be any recent changes in life style like stress, exams, heavy duty may cause this periods delay. Wait for a week or 10 days. If no periods- TVS for ET and treatment accordingly

Since UPT is negative u can wait for a week If the pain is very severe do consult a doctor

Since pregnancy test is negative it could be a premenstrual pain Wait for a 3-4days you might get your periods
