Delayed Periods
My Periods are delayed for almost 9 days, got my last periods on 8th Jul and it lasted for 4 days. Average length of my cycle is 30-34 days . I have been sexually active with my partner but it was with protection barrier, in last days of my cycle yes tried withdrawal method as well. I have taken home pregnancy test twice yesterday, first time it was faded 2 lines and later disappeared to single line only. Second time when tested again it was complete negative with just single line . What should I do, I am confused. In past similar issue has happened couple of times . Doctor please.

Care AI Shimmer
A nine-day delay in a 30 to 34 day cycle can happen from stress, travel, hormonal shifts, or thyroid changes, and prior episodes support this pattern. Faint lines that disappear are usually evaporation lines rather than a real positive.
Next Steps
Please repeat the urine pregnancy test with the first morning sample around day 14 of delay, and see a gynaecologist if it is negative and the period still has not started.
Health Tips
If you develop unusual pain, heavy spotting, or dizziness before then, seek care earlier.
