Last month my period was on 15 sept but for October month I have still not got my period it's 6 days delayed. I am sexually inactive. Having stress for past 2-3 days due to work and delayed periods.
Please suggest some home remedies to induce periods.

Its common to have delayed periods due to stress and exertional lifestyle in today's era!

If your cycle has been regular in past with no menstrual problem just follow this-
- sleep on time wake up on time
-fix you meal timings between 5-7 pm evening and 10-2on morning
-go for light exercise daily with yoga and pranayam for atleast 15 min ...this will calm you mind and affect your normal period flow
- avoid junk outside food
- during periods dont go for heavy gyming and exercise and rest as much as you can!
-keep your self physically active!
