Delayed period
My period is delayed for 4 days and I have a mild period of cramps occasionally just for a few seconds. my cycle is 28 to 30 days. Which is usually on time every month. However this month it's delayed.

3-4 days variation in cycle is normal Since you have not given history first rule out pregnancy If there are no changes of pregnancy I would suggest wait for 2-3 days If you still don't get your period then consult Variation in length is usually due to harmonal imbalance which is sensitive to mental and physical stress during the month
