Actully my period date was 31 january but it has not arrived yet...i am.in a relationship but not involve in intercourse.....i have recently face a little high bp issue along with little brown secretion one day....what is the reason behind delaying periods??

Does not appear that serious especially when you know you are not pregnant. Stress can also cause a delay in periods. Please do recheck you blood pressure so you keep an eye on it. See a gynaecologist if periods go irregular to assess for causes like PCO.
