Hi my periods is delay by 4days, want to know the reason and want can be the reason for delay in periods.

A delay of 4 days can be normally seen. If the delay is more than a week then it should be investigated.
Next Steps
In case of a delay of more than a week a complete hormone profile needs to be done with an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.

Pregnancy needs to be ruled out if married or any history of unprotected contact.
