Delay in periods
My periods have been delayed. I got my sonograpy done. The doctor said that it was due to stress. She has given me regestrone tablet for 5days course- 2 times a day. However, I went across different articles on google which mentioned that this tablet helps in delaying periods. Can someone please help me out with this confusion.

Yes it is used for delaying the period but for withdrawal bleeding also same tablet and almost same dose but duration will be different.So follow your doctor's instructions and wait for period.Donot take any other medicine otherwise again delayed.
