Delay in periods
I'm have been facing issue's in my periods. I got them last time in March. Another thing which I'm facing is this very very thin vagina discharge due to which I have this sensation like I'm getting I'm periods now. Except this needs to go the washroom again and again. Weakness and pelvis pain/ back pain is there. Don't feel hungry at all and losing weight. Plus facial hair growth.

You could be having hormonal disturbance which s causing all these issues.
If you hv been sexually active do a urine pregnancy test too.
