Delay in periods
Hi, My Periods delayed by 8 days this month. My Normal delay is 2 days...but this time they are delayed by 7 days. I am little worried, thats why I have done pregnancy Test also 2 times but it is Negative. I am perfectly fit mother of 3yr old kid. What should I do ? Please suggest

You can either wait for 2-3 days and repeat home pregnancy test again, or if you are anxious and want to be 100% sure about any pregnancy in this cycle, do a serum beta hcg test. If it's negative, there is no pregnancy. Then you can either wait for your periods to come naturally, or take medications for withdrawal bleeding.

Don't stress yourself. Have plenty of water and good food, good sleep. Stress delays periods and tension for delaying will again delay the date. If it is delayed by 10 days, consult a gynecologist. But till then, you need peace
