I stopped krimson 35 after using it for 4 years. My periods are delayed by 8 days. They were never late by so long before using krimson. I took a home pregnancy test which was negative. What do I do ?

Wait for a week. Do a pregnancy test. If pregnancy test is negative and no periods even after 1 week you can take Tablet Meprate 10 mg take twice a day for 5 days. You will get your periods after you stop taking the medication after 7 days

It is normal after discontinuing Krimson, wait for sometime atleast a week more you will get your periods, avoid stress,maintain healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and lots of vegetables and fruits, low carbs and sugar..
