Delay in Period
My friends period was due by 5th of this month and day before yesterday she also took a pregnancy test which resulted in negative. What are the chances? Do you recommend to do another pregnancy test or a blood test to detect pregnancy or is it normal to have a delayed period?

If it is negative wait for periods for 5 days. If it does not come get another pregnancy test done. With that report visit a gynaecologist who will then take care of you accordingly. Periods can be delayed but important to rule out pregnancy.
