Follow healthy diet along with add exercise and walk daily routine life. Add fruits and vegetables in ur diet.add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food.

Hi Eat plenty of locally grown seasonal fruits and vegetables, leafy vegetables, plent of drinking water,good sleep habits, regulat on time eating habits, curds, buttermilk, lemon water,low saturated fats, healthy good fats, nuts and seeds, low carb, moderate protein, enough fiber, exposure to sun, millets, daily morning and evening workout like yoga, walking, sports, steps taking, stretching etc.. All above mentioned are very essential.. in delay of ageing.. Thankyou

Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,and greengram sprouts in everymeal. Walk,playsports,yoga,exercise,workouts,gardening atleast for an hour daily. Drink enough water. Sleep leisurely for six hrs at night.
