Deight issue
I am 24 and my weight is 65 with height almost 1.74 cm I am trying to lose 10 kg but inspite of severe dieting my weight isn't moving a pound really worried because can't figure out why so?

You are 174 cm and your weight is 65. Then why you want to lose ? Your weight should be in between 67- 69.
