Is he able to keep fluids down? Try Gatorade as he is complaining of cramping he must be losing electrolytes. If he is persistently throwing up I would suggest you to go the ER

Hello, If you doubt dehydration just for satisfaction go to ER PROPER EXAMINATION ACCORDINGLY if needed some test n proper treatment as if vomit is their he requires INJ or mouth dissolve  anti ematic, I've drip.etc ok.

Hello, I understand your concern. Dehydration signs - Dry mouth Muscle cramps No tears from eyes Sweating may stop Weakness Simply you can make out by pinching the skin, if takes time to release then you need to take help of emergency unit.
