Degenerative Myopia
Hi, My uncle has degenerative myopia. Have consulted with many ophthalmologists what i get an answer is this is not curable anywhere is the world. Can anyone help me with this treatment if available. We are ready for eye surgery

I am sorry but there is no medicine or exercise or surgery for myopia degeneration
But if there is CNVM then yes... We can treat it

Certain things we have to accept.. myopic retinal degeneration has no treatment anywhere in the world. Don’t waste your money on multiple opinions . If this is in both eyes, take him to a good low vision aid centre which will give him magnifiers enabling him to read etc . Maskatieyeclinic opposite Charni road station east, Mumbai
