Hello dear,
I can completely understand the anguish and despair at the helplessness of the current situation. Howsoever I would advise you to share this betrayal of trust with your and his family. You should try to stand up for your rights and what is right. Please be very well assured that this is not your "fault" the shame and guilt must be felt by the perpetrator, rather than you... The worst most ladies tend to do in such scenarios is self blaming and shaming...
Please gather your energies and be supportive towards yourself. My heart goes out for you, and as a mental health professional I do understand your psyche and position reasonably well...
Visit a counselor or psychiatrist if you are not able to get over this instance..
Hope this helps you. Best wishes for your health and future..
Regards
