I met with an accident two weeks ago and there is a pretty deep wound on my right foot. My foot got pinned under the wheel of a car and a portion of the skin and more got shaved off. There is a deep wound too which has been stitched. I went to the orthopaedic doctor and he put a cast which was there for 12 days and now it has been bandaged with dressing being done twice a week.Using a walker now as there is a swelling. I have attached a pic of the wound from last week. How long will this usually take to heal and what precautions should be taken?
