Decreasing eyesight
Actually when i was near 10 i used to watch tv from less distance which affects my eyesight due to which i have spectecles on my eyes now but i want to remove them permanently. Is it possible to remove spacks naturally with home remedies and without any laser or other things ?

It is unlikely that you will be spectacle free with only home remedies. If you are using high power glasses then only treatment to get rid of your spectacles permanently is LASIK laser surgery. Temporary you can use contact lenses also. Get yourself tested for LASIK to see if your eyes are suitable for LASIK.

Avoid excess use of TV, Computer, Mobile. Include lot of green vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid junk food.
