He can use blue cut antiglare glasses.
Role of blue filter is still debatable but antiglare coating helps

Go for his eye check up done first .
Blue cut computer glasses should be used , it will help him to protect against the blue rays of computer and mobile .

His eyes should be examined first with a pediatric ophthalmologist to check his eye power.
If he has power, we can prescribe those with flexible frames.
I am not recommending about blue filter glasses.
