Decrease milk supply
I am feeding breast milk thru bottle to my 3.5 months old baby. I am also giving top feed to her. Ratio of BM and FM is 80:20. From last 2-3 days ,I am noticing decrease in milk supply in comparison to what I was getting earlier..Please suggest some remedies to increase breast milk supply.
