Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough. It looks like there is a fear of this being rabies even though I am not sure and qualified enough to say if this is rabies. We can work on the fear of this being a rabies by releasing it from the deep recesses of your subconscious mind. It will help you feel relieved and these over powering thoughts about this being rabies will recede. The obsessive thoughts are also coming because this incident of you being bitten by a dog has caused an emotional traumatic memory to develop in your subconscious.
