Dealing with post workout hair
How to deal with my post workout hair without rinsing my hair with shampoo or drying hair with blower everyday? Using dryer everyday after workout is damaging my hair and causing more hairfall. Please suggest a solution to deal with post workout hair.

You can wash your hair everyday with a mild shampoo after your workout.Avoid the dryer.Moisturise your hair with oil 2hrs before wash once to twice per week to maintain hair texture and prevent breakage. However hairloss has multiple reasons and if hairfall continues, please take a consultation to discuss history and assess the problem in order to help you.
