Day dreams
Hello doctor I had a problem of day dreaming a lot about me as central figure .. sometimes I realise I am daydreaming but I still want to continue it because the pleasure it gives .I daydream about getting a reputed job, about  love affairs ,..sometimes it goes to an higher extent (like hours ) and I want to stop it and concentrate on my studies but still the pleasure holds me behind which affects my daily routine and I have to make my works pending .Can I come back into an normal form  atleast to daydream for much lesser time so I can concentrate on my work and stop from  falling into  illusions ...

Yes you can come down to the level where you can manage your work and life much better. But, you have written that you want to remain in day-dreaming state, so it cannot change unless ypu WANT TO STOP IT. Only when you are really willing for this to stop, then it will be possible. Not otherwise.
