Daughter 11 month has problem

My daughter is 11 month old, she pooped 5-6 times in a day from last 1 days, it's not a diarrhea like poop, it's some paste like poop, and also teething is not comes yet. I have given her enterogermina vial. Please give your valuable suggestions..

Watch for dehydration signs such as sunken eyes, dry mouth,decresed urine frequency, blood in stools, fever .. If any of this take immediate consultation Otherwise give adequate feeds and ORS is enough
