Hi.. There are lots of causes For dark circles & spots & one them is stress & tension, less sleep etc. So please try to provid tensions stress, take 6-7 hours sleep. Do yoga Like Sarwangasna, Ardhamatsendra asana, Suryanamskar & Pranayam like Omkar, Anulom-vilom, shitkari.
Avoid spicy, Bakery products, Fermented food.
Apply phal ghrut Localy on dark spot & circle Alternately Apply kukumadi tail Also.

Use tomato slice on spots. One tsf lemon juice mix with honey and apply leave it for 20 min. Stomach should be clear and take orange juice daily.
