Waxing exfoliates the top layer of skin and makes the skin more sensitive. The damage and irritation can effect the pigment producing cells in the skin, and lead to a phenomenon known as post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation. Go for a Laser Hair Reduction to begin with. There are creams which can help reduce the pigmentation. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
Health Tips
avoid waxing and shaving
