Darkening skin over shoulder

Darkening the skin over shoulder..the black spot is spreading day per day...please suggest any medicine to get rid of this disease..it does not look good..even it is not itching.. I am suffering from this problem from last 4month.. In beginning it was small in size...but now it is spreading...
