Dark Underarms
Hi doc, i have this issue about my underarm it is very dark it is very embarrasing to wear sleeveless. And the big problem is that i have an important event to attend next month and i can’t wear the prescribe dress. What to do doctor? I have done lots of natural remedies but my case just went worst. I need your help doc. Thanks.

Firstly let me tell you it's important to see the area to make a diagnosis. So it's better if you consult personally with photographs.
Rest what I can advise you, this may be acanthosis nigricans, check for images online to verify. If that's the case do a blood glucose test first. For the time being you can apply Kojic acid cream on your armpits. Better you consult personally.
