Dark spots on legs

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I always get some spots on legs below knees only after waxing. It's like hair remains in hair follicles and causes black spots. Instead of cleaning area after waxing and maintaining proper hygiene during waxing, I get spots. Please help me with some solutions and prevention to remove that dark spots.
