Hello doctors, I have a few dark spots on my face which won't budge even after going through light therapy and using tretinoin. It is taking a good amount of time and months. I follow my skincare routine religiously. I do not have the time to wait so long . Kindly suggest what would be an effective in clinic treatment for dark spots on the face left back due to acne.

Tretinoin will increase cell turnover and over due course of time there will be mild change in acne scar pigmentation. However, arbutin, kojic acid and niacinamide are the main substances used for acne scars.
Next Steps
Consult a doctor who specialises in-clinic cosmetic procedures such as resurfacing peels, mesotherapy and MNRF which all work wonders for acne scarring.
