  4. Dark spot on nose. Disappear completely?

Dark spot on nose
I popped a pimple on my nose 3 years ago It left a small dark spot but gradually it got increased Now there is a big dark spot on my nose Which looks really awkward 😢 What is it ? Can it be treated with Normal medication? Will it disappear completely ? It too dark in real (image attached below but it looks lighter on photo)

It's post inflammatory hyperpigmentation after healing of pimple  apply Kojic acid creams ed kojimax daily  night  it makes it light
