Dark red blood from vagina

I am having unbearable pain in lower abdomen. Periods are late around 7 days. Dark red blood. No proper blood flow. I had an i pill last month.

Ipills disturb the harmonals so is y u are having pain and less flow , u may still do a Urine pregnancy test as I have a lots of patients coming to me pregnant even after ipills.
