Pain in lower abdomen and in anus.
Very painful cramps during periods and pain in anus too. Heavy periods need to use 6 pads a day. Feels fatigue all the 5 days of periods. My last period started on 26th april and doctor diagnosed pcod and i started contraceptive pills today is 16th may and i have severe cramps in the lower abdomen and pain in anus and my periods haven't started yet.

With contraceptive pills, you can expect periods between 2-7days after stopping the pack. Ultrasound needs to rule out endometriotic/ovarian cyst. Also few blood tests would be needed please do consult

You are already under treatment so follow the instructions. It takes time for medicine to bring significant relief . So have patience .
