Dark Pigmentation on both sides of face,

Asked for Male, 52 Years

I have blakish pigmentation on both sides of face, gases in stomach. My T3 is 158.04, T4 is 9.50 and TSH is 4.743. I take Thyronorm 12.5 mgcg once daily. please diagnose my problem
