Dark patchy underarms

I have extremely sweating in my underarms so it gets too dark and due to this suffering from ringworm problem . I want to do permanent underarms hair removal as well.

Yes permanent hair reduction will help but you have to get treated for ringworm first. 6-8sessions would be required. For sweating you can take some treatment too from your dermatologist.
