Please let me know the dangers involved in an acl reconstruction surgery. Is acl repair surgery a good option.

In cases of complete tear it's necessary otherwise your foot will be very unstable
It's a common surgery and if you follow regular Physiotherapy you will get back to normal life in 6-12 weeks
