It's seborrheic Dermatitis, one type of fungal infection...
It can spread on face, body , genitals..but don't use betnovate frequently as it's steroid
Need to be treated correctly to prevent further spread
Need complete evaluation and history for accurate diagnosis, After that correct treatment options can be provided
Use Trifas cream for now
