Hello dear. Your scalp is producing excessive sebum which gets colonised by a fungus, giving you the dandruff. Selsun is good, but not sufficient. For a detailed prescription and best results, please share a scalp picture via direct online consultation in Practo pro app
Health Tips
Don't wash head with hot water.
