Dandruff Issue?
Hello, I am 35 years male. I have been suffering from following issues 1. White powdery substance (dandruff?) in moustache skin, Eyebrows and scalp which is difficult to control even after trying many shampoos. 2. For the past 4 days, getting hives all over the body with itching especially during the late evening and goes away in the morning time. 3. Both toe nails in the foot got infected and ingrown giving very unpleasant look and pain sometimes. It would be great if i can receive suitable advice on the above mentioned issues. Thank you. Best Regards K Arun Prasad

Based on your description the skin condition, it appears that you have Seborrheic dermatitis. Sometimes they co-exist with dandruff and can be determined with more precision during a consultation. A photograph will add in obtaining better recommendations. Kindly consult a dermatologist for exact diagnosis and treatment plan. It is also important to prevent their relapse once you have got it cured.
Next Steps
Nizral or Conaderm are good antidandruff budget shampoos.
