What's difference between dandruff and Seborrheic dermatitis? If I'm having Seborrheic dermatitis, can i use oil on my hair?

There r multiple conditions which can be termed danruff in layman term. Seborrhic dermatits is a type of danruff. If u hv seborrhic dermatits better avoid hair oil
