I'm suffering from Dandruff which leads to hairfall. Please suggest me a good shampoo and some medications.
As my doctor suggested, I'm currently using Minoxidil 5% gel and Finabald tablet 1mg for past 10 months. I don't see any major improvements. Is it good to go with PRP? How many sessions required?
Thanks!

You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. It is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is the best. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects of DHT on the hair roots. Please contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment.
Your doctor has treated you for male pattern hair loss.... Not dandruff.... PRP in combination of minoxidil or derm Roller with minoxidil is always better than minoxidil alone
Well first and foremost
Both are different conditions
Infact minoxidil can further aggrevate your dandruff
It would be wise to first tc of your dandruff
Then start your treatment for hailrtfall.
