Damdruff and hair lossing

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I'm suffering from dandruff problem almost 3 years. Everything i would try, like shampoo & home remedies, but that products don't give me a desired result, for this my hair is looking very fine. Please tell me sir/mam how to get rid of these problems. & Also tell me it's possible to regrow my lost hairs?? I really want to get back my thick hair at any cost.
