Daily protein sources
I am pure veg. I think i m not taking enough protein daily to grow muscles. I don't want to take supplements. So can i eat daily soyabean and chana flour chapaties mixed with whole wheat flour. I heard that eating daily soyabean can harm kidneys. What can i do?

You can...but I would suggest you to consult nearest dietitian and to have diet chart and fallow that... Regards
