If this is the first episode, then it might be because of trauma, nose picking, sometimes due to dry weather, whenever it bleeds you should pinch your nose and bend forwards, then apply neosporin ointment inside nose and otrivin 2-3 drops twice a day.

Next Steps

If episodes keep on repeating then Nasal endoscopy with blood tests should be done along with blood pressure check.
