I have posterior nosebleed, how to cure it? If I lie down, blood goes to my throat and little cough brings it out, if I sit it comes out of nose

Commonest cause is nose picking

What is your blood pressure level? Otrivin nasal drop 2 drops on both nostrils. Botroclot nasal drops 2drops on both nostrils.
