Loose sticky stools with long standing acne itself indicates disturbed digestive system..Dadimashtak churn alone may help but will not be completely curing your problem
Avoid junk food add salad in your food do excersize daily. Dadimashtaka churna is good along with these also other medications required consult for proper treatment
Hlo dear i understand your concern .
Loose, sticky stools along with long-standing acne often indicate Agnimandya, Ama formation, and Pitta–Kapha imbalance.
Digestive disturbance can reflect on the skin; hence gut correction is essential for acne management.
.Only taking dadimashtak churna is not curing your digestive issues and acne you should consult ayurveda physician before taking any ayurvedic medicine.
Next Steps
Avoid heavy, oily, junk, fermented, and excess dairy foods; follow light, warm, freshly prepared meals.
Maintain regular meal timings, adequate hydration, and proper sleep.
Stress management and daily routine correction (Dinacharya) also play an important role.
Health Tips
For chronic symptoms, individual assessment by a qualified Ayurvedic physician is advised before continuing or changing any medication.
As per your complaints what I understood is, because of your diet and lifestyle there is impairment in your Pachakagni ( digestive fire) that leads to increase of Malarupa Pitta (- i.e metabolic waste and toxins) that are to be extracted by liver and expelled out from the body, instead that Malarupa Pitta in turn vitiates Rakta (impurities/ toxin in the blood) causing Tvak vikara ( skin disorders ) in the form of Acne.. the stickey nature and not properly formed stool is the sign of Ama (undigested/ improperly digested food toxin) due to Agnimandya (weak digestion) at the level of Jatara( stomach & intestine) and Dhatu( tissue leavel metabolism). So your condition need to be treated properly by correcting your digestion at Jatara( stomach & intestine) and Dhatu ( tissue level) and treatment to expell toxin from body ( from blood and other tissues). Again you need to follow proper diet and lifestyle. 'Dadimashtaka churna' can't help your condition, and it's not a choice to treat the same. Take proper consultation and get treated.
You have sticky stools, which indicates that your digestion is weak. - as u r already aware
But, Dadimashtak alone is not sufficient.
You also need
•Pitta-pacifying medicines
(to properly regulate body heat)
•Purgation therapy
(to remove accumulated toxins from the body).
if the root cause is not treated, the relief will only be temporary
It is important to consult "one doctor" consistently for precise treatment.
A detailed medical history is required to identify the root cause.
feel free to DM us for proper medication
Hello.. I'm here to solve your problem. Don't worry!
Firstly I would like to say that Dadimashtak works in appropriate way for loose and sticky motion due to its property that reduces Aama and Deepan Pachan .
But for your acne it due to-
Pitta aggravation
Rakta dhatu involvement
Heat + toxins
Dadimāshtaka contains ingredients that are generally digestive and mildly warming.
If taken in excess or without Pitta control, it may worsen acne in some people. So this is happening with you . If you want to use it without flaring acne, follow this:
Rx- Dadimashtak churna
Dose:
½ teaspoon (2–3 g)
Twice daily after meals
Anupāna (very important):
Take with lukewarm water, not hot
Or better: lukewarm water + a pinch of ghee
🧈 Ghee helps protect Pitta and skin.
Next Steps
Avoid or reduce if:
*Acne becomes more inflamed/red
*Burning sensation, mouth ulcers
*Excess thirst or heat
Health Tips
To manage both motion + acne, I'm suggesting you it with combine:
•Dadimāshtaka (low dose)
•With Guduchi / Patoladi / Avipattikar (very small dose)
⚠️ Use low dose and Pitta-friendly anupāna if acne is present
❗ Monitor skin response in 3–5 days
If you want, tell me by consulting me with follow up
*Stool frequency per day
*Any burning/acidity
*Acne type (painful / pus / small eruptions)
You can follow these pathya -
Aahar (Diet)
✓Old rice / wheat chapati
✓Lauki, tori, pumpkin (well cooked)
✓Moong dal
✓Pomegranate, apple
✓Cow ghee 1–2 tsp daily
✓Buttermilk (diluted, daytime only)
Avoid: spicy, sour, fried, junk, curd at night, tea/coffee excess
Drinks
Coriander or fennel water
Coconut water (1 glass/day)
Normal-temperature water
Vihar (Lifestyle)
Sleep by 10 pm
Avoid sun & heat exposure
Gentle walk after meals
Sheetali / Anulom-Vilom pranayama
Pathya Notes
Lukewarm water only
No late nights
Keep mind calm
Along with dadimadhtaka u need to take internal medicines too.what we called is ama the indigested residual fluid that lies in the digestive tract need to be digested by other medicines too.
Dadimashtaka Churna helps improve digestion and reduce Ama, which is why stool consistency improved quickly. However, in long-standing problems like sticky stools and acne, it usually provides only temporary or symptomatic relief and is not sufficient as a single medicine.
Sticky stools suggest digestive imbalance such as Grahani or PittaâKapha involvement. Acne also indicates internal metabolic imbalance.
One day of medication is not enough to assess full benefit. Avoid heavy, oily, and spicy foods and irregular eating habits.
Next Steps
A detailed consultation is advised
Health Tips
These conditions need a proper Ayurvedic evaluation, diet correction, and medicines taken for adequate duration.
