Dad's biopsy report for Bladder.

My dad's been suffering frm frequent urination, urgency, severe Irritation(He describes it as like chilli powder inside his penis while passing urine).. He cld not travel lng distances, neither cld sleep continuously for 30mins..At first doctor diagnosed it as Stricture.. He did optical Internal urethrotomy twice.. Numerous cystoscopies(but thrice upon irrigation Bladder bleeded so cld not take Biopsy), Numerous dilatatuon.. Did TURP twice and BNI twice.. But still no improvement whatsover.. Doctor again last yr diagnosed TB as Bladder shrinkage was severe and with very low capacity.. Was on ATT for a yr.. Yet  each n evry test for TB came negative.. No relief of symptoms.. Was taking Ayurvedic n siddha medicines.. No relief.. Now went to another doctor who did cystoscopy and biopsy.. Said Obstruction was fine and not severe.. Finally taken Biopsy.. Pls help on this.. What shld be done to atleast sleep for 2-3 hrs at stretch.. For painfree urination.. Thankyou.. Attached reports..
